摘  要:根据地方院校应用型人才培养的目标和要求,结合生物相关专业和"发酵工艺学"课程的特点,为优化考试改革、充分调动学生的积极性,探讨"发酵工艺学"教学非标准答案试题考试改革。从文献阅读、论文撰写、产品设计、讨论分析4个方面对学生进行非标准化考试考核,打破单一封闭的传统标准化考试形式,提升学生综合素质和创新能力,培养理论和实践兼备的应用型人才。According to the requirements and universities of the applied talents training in local colleges,combining with the biological related major and the feature of Fermentation Technology course,in order to optimize the examination reform,mobilize the enthusiasm of students fully,this article discussed the reform of non-standards answer examination in Fermentation Technology. Assessing students non-standards answer examination from literature reading,dissertation writing,product design,discussing and analysis four aspects,breaking the single and closed traditional form of standardized examination,improving students' comprehensive quality and creative ability,cultivating applied talents of both theory and practice.
