摘  要:为获得高产谷胱甘肽菌株,以16株西藏灵菇来源酵母菌为研究对象,采用DTNB法测定酵母菌体提取液中的GSH含量,并以Y15为出发菌株,用单因素试验及正交试验优化提取谷胱甘肽的条件。结果表明,菌株Y19、Y15谷胱甘肽产量较高。采用Y15菌体冻融后热水浸提,料液比为1:6,p H 2,沸水浴50 min,其提取量最大,为49.90 mg/L。Y15产谷胱甘肽较高,其谷胱甘肽提取条件为菌株Y15的利用提供了数据支持。To obtain the strains with high glutathione production, 16 yeasts from Tibetan Kefir were used as materials, GSH content in the yeast extract was detected with DTNB method. Taking Y15 as the original yeast,glutathione extraction condition was optimized by single factor experiment and the orthogonal test. The resultshowed that, yeast Y19 and Y15 had higher glutathione production. The optimized condition of glutathioneextracted from Y15 was freeze-thaw hot water extraction, solid-liquid ratio 1:6, p H 2, and boiling water bathfor 50 minutes. The yield of glutathione was 49.90 mg/L. Y15 is a high glutathione producing yeast, theglutathione extraction condition provides data basis for Y15 further utilization.
