摘  要:辽宁装备制造职业教育集团基于跨界共生理论进行管理机制建设,以构建产学研共生发展的深度协作机制为目标,实现校校跨界、校企跨界、政校跨界,形成职教集团内部共生、人才共育、基地共建、信息互通、成果共享的管理机制,充分调动集团成员参与集团化办学的积极性、主动性和创造性,增强集团化办学凝聚力和发展竞争力,构建先进的可推广的示范性职业教育集团集团化办学管理机制。Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Education Group builds a management mechanism based on the theory of crossover symbiosis, with the goal of constructing an in-depth collaboration mechanism for the development of symbiosis between industry, education and research, to achieve school-school crossover, school-enterprise crossover, government-school crossover, and form the management mechanism of internal symbiosis, joint training of talents, joint building of training base, interactive message, and achievement sharing. It fully mobilizes the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of group members to participate in group school running, enhances the cohesiveness of group-based education and develops competitiveness, and builds advanced and demonstrative management mechanism of vocational education group school-running.
