国外高等职业教育对我国高等职业教育的启示

摘　　要：随着经济的发展和社会的进步,高等职业教育已经成为我国高等教育中的重要构成内容。国外高等职业教育展示了很多成功的范例,为我们提供了很多经验,这对于提高我国的高等职业教育发展水平具有重要的启示:明确职业教育人才培养目标,以适应产业需求;突破传统学科界线,走集群式、模块化专业课程建设之路;优化师资结构,加强教师队伍建设;完善校企合作,强化产教深度融合;加强学生核心能力素质,提升教育水平。With the economic development and social progress, higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education in China. Foreign higher vocational education has shown many successful examples and provided us with a lot of experience, which has important enlightenment for improving the development level of higher vocational education in China. It should define the vocational education talent training target to meet the industrial demand; break through the traditional disciplinary boundaries and take the road of cluster and modular specialty course construction; optimize the structure of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers; perfect school-enterprise cooperation and strengthen in-depth integration of production and education; strengthen students＇ core competence and improve educational level.
