高中学生“综合素质评价”的国际比较研究——基于美国、英国、日本、新加坡的多案例研究

摘　　要：综合素质评价一直是我国高考制度改革的重点和难点,研究和借鉴教育发达国家秉持的评价理念、评价标准及方法、评价制度及环境,对促进与完善我国综合素质评价有着极为重要的启示意义,分析了美、英、日及新加坡等国家在学生日常评价及高校招生录取评价中的做法和经验,以期能为我国高中综合素质评价提供理论支持和实践参考。The comprehensive quality evaluation of seniormiddleschool has always been the key and difficult point of the ad- mission evaluation of higher education institutions in China. Studying the evaluation idea, evaluation standard and method, evaluation system and environment of developed countries has great significance for promoting and improving the comprehensive quality evaluation in our country. This paper analyzes the practices evaluation of America, Britain, Japan and Singapore, hoping to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school in China.
