摘  要:目的观察临床医学专业学位研究生(临床专硕)学生教学信息员在医学基本技能培训中的作用,探讨临床专硕与住院医师规范化培训相结合("双轨制")中,临床基本技能培训质量控制的具体运行模式。方法随机入选不同届临床专硕各共120人,设立A组为对照组(n=60),在教学督导监控下完成临床医学基本技能培训;设立B组为实验组(n=60),在教学督导和学生教学信息员共同监控下完成临床医学基本技能培训。3个月后,通过临床医学基本技能考核并收集数据。结果与A组相比,B组临床专硕学员在心内科临床医学基本技能大赛及阶段考试中成绩有明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床专硕"双轨制"教学衔接中,设立学生教学信息员,反馈信息、监督教学质量,使专业学位研究生临床基本技能掌握较好。这种教学管理模式可能是临床专硕的临床医学基本技能质量保障和监控的好方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of promotion of clinical medicine basic skills training in clinical professional masters by the feedback of teaching information offcers of clinical medicine masters. We wanted to explore the specifc operating mode of the high training quality of clinical medical basic skills in the "dual-track" clinical specialty. Methods 120 clinical specialists were randomly selected from different clinical postgraduates. Group A was set up as the control group (n=60), and basic clinical medical skills training was completed under the supervision of teaching. Group B was set up as the experimental group (n=60). The basic skills of clinical medicine were trained under the supervision of teaching supervision and student teaching informants. 3 months later, the basic skills of clinical medicine were assessed and data collected. Results Compared with group A, the scores of clinical postgraduates in group B in cardiology basic clinical skills contest and stage examination were significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the "double track" teaching cohesion of clinical professional masters with resident standardization training, there has good basic skill to clinical professional masters under teaching information clinical masters feedback operating mode. This management methods may be one of the best methods for the quality assurance and monitoring of clinical medical basic skills of clinical masters.
