摘 要:随着产业结构加速升级,劳动力结构不断调整,职业更迭进一步加快,当今社会更需要具备某些关键能力的技能人才。高职院校大学生的"关键能力"是指个体通过有针对性的知识和技能等训练,能适应和胜任不同职业,并能达到与社会发展和谐共生状态所应具备的、能够起到整合效应的综合职业能力。为更好进行关键能力的培养,要打破原有的人才培养模式,相应地改革培养方案、课程模式、教学方法和教学评价模式。With the accelerated upgrading of the industrial structure, the adjustment of the labor structure, and the acceleration of career changes, more skilled personnel with certain key capabilities are needed in today's society. The "key ability" of college students in higher vocational colleges refers to the comprehensive vocational ability that individuals can adapt to and be competent for different professions through targeted training of knowledge and skills, and can achieve the harmonious symbiosis with social development and can play an integrated effect. In order to cultivate the key ability better, we should break the original talent cultivation mode, reform the training plan, the curriculum mode, the teaching method and the teaching evaluation mode accordingly.
