高职院校众创空间模式构建和运营机制探析

摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,高职院校承担着培养高素质高技能人才和服务于区域经济发展建设的双重重任。充分整合学校、政府、企业、园区等各方面资源,依托专业建设众创空间,对高职院校全面优化育人机制,深化课程教学改革,具有必要性和重要性。文章深入探讨了高职院校众创空间构建模式和运营机制,旨在为培养出更多优秀的创新创业型人才提供思路和途径。Under the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation＂, higher vocational colleges bear the dual responsibility of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled personnel and serving the development of regional economy. It is necessary and important for higher vocational colleges to fully optimize the education mechanism and deepen the curriculum teaching reform by fully integrating the resources of schools, governments, enterprises, parks and other fields, and relying on the specialty to build the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Space. This paper probes into the construction mode and operation mechanism of the Space in higher vocational colleges in order to provide the train of thought and approach for cultivating more excellent innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
