整体性与全程化:地方本科院校就业能力培养体系构建思路——基于英国Anglia Ruski大学的经验与启示

摘　　要：在地方本科院校转型发展的背景下,培养大学生的就业能力是其人才培养的核心。基于ARU就业能力培养体系的建设经验,地方本科院校应基于整体性设计和全程性设计的理念,将就业能力培养嵌入到课程教学中,并将各种培训活动与项目予以序列化构建,形成一个以就业能力培养为主线、全过程、层级性的就业能力培养体系。同时,还需构建系统而完善的就业服务体系,为就业能力培养提供细化而全面的就业服务。Against the backdrop of the transformation of local universities in China, the cultivation of college students＇ ability to be employed is at the core of their talent training. By drawing on the experience of ARU, local universities should follow the ideal of holistic and whole-process design, integrate the ability development into curriculum teaching, and seek to put training activities and projects into a serialization construction to form an ability-oriented, all-round and sequential, cultivation system. At the same time, a systematic employment service system should be achieved accordingly with the aim of offering detailed yet comprehensive services for the training of college students＇ ability.
