摘　　要：文中基于政企校联动,分析高职院校学生顶岗实习的现状、问题及原因,从政策引导、管理制度、管理模式、质量监控评价与运行机制等方面进行深入研究,对顶岗实习中如何发挥政府的主导、企业的参与及学校的主体作用进行探索,为制定符合校企互惠互利和高职院校教学规律且有利于学生职业素质养成的顶岗实习管理方案提供参考依据。Based on the linkage of government and enterprise schools, this paper analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of postgraduate internships in higher vocational colleges, and conducts in - depth research on policy guidance, management system, management method, quality monitoring evaluation and operational mechanism, etc. The government＇s leadership, the participation of enterprises and the main role of the school are explored, which provides a reference for the development of the post - internship management plan that is in line with the mutual benefit of schools and enterprises and the teaching rules of higher vocational colleges and is conducive to the development of students＇ professional quality.
