摘　　要：青春期性教育在中国是一个既古老又年轻的课题。中国青春期性教育起步较早,发展落后于西方国家。中国青春期性教育存在两大主要矛盾,一是学生对青春期性知识的渴望与性教育供给不足的矛盾;二是国家政策高度重视和家庭与学校落实不力之间的矛盾。加强青春期性教育要解放思想,把性需求和性和谐作为最基本的人权加以保护;同时要加强引导,家庭、学校和社会各司其责。The adolescent sex education in China begins early but develops slowly. There exist two con-flicts in the adolescent sex education in China; one is the conflict between students＇ desire for the knowl-edge of the adolescent sex education and the insufficient sex education;the other is the conflict between the national policies and the poor implementation of those policies by both the school and the family. It is con-cluded that the adolescent sex education requires emancipating the mind and the sexual demand and sexual harmony should be protected as basic human rights.
