摘　　要：从IT外包接包方的角度,探讨了知识共享对其外包绩效的作用机理。基于显性知识和隐性知识的维度,将外包关系与知识管理进行整合,构建了以需求工程为中介变量、以关系质量和吸收能力为调节变量的IT外包接包方外包绩效影响因素的概念模型。结合问卷数据,通过因子分析和回归分析对假设进行实证检验。结果表明:在知识共享对IT外包绩效影响的过程中,需求工程起部分中介作用,且相较于可行性,需求工程的完整性、准确性、必要性和明确性在知识共享与接包方外包绩效之间的部分中介作用更强;关系质量在隐性知识共享与需求工程之间起正向调节作用,但对显性知识共享与需求工程间关系的调节作用并不显著;吸收能力对显性知识共享、隐性知识共享与外包绩效的关系均具有正向调节作用。From the perspective of IT outsourcing contractors, this paper discusses the internal mechanism of knowledge sharing on outsourcing performance. Based on the dimension of explicit ＆ implicit knowledge,it constructs a conceptual model of outsourcing performance influencing factors in which requirement engineering is taken as the intervening variable and relationship quality and absorptive capacity are taken as the moderating variables, while integrating the outsourcing relationship with knowledge management;combining with the questionnaire data,it uses factor analysis and regression analysis to test the hypothesis empirically. The results show as follows： requirement engineering plays a partial intermediary role in the process of knowledge sharing affecting on IT outsourcing performance, especially compared with the feasibility, the integrity, accuracy, necessity and clarity of requirement engineering have the stronger partial intermediary effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and contractors＇ outsourcing performance. Relationship quality plays a positive moderating role between implicit knowledge sharing and requirement engineering,but it has no conspicuous moderating effect on the relationship between explicit knowledge sharing and requirement engineering. Absorptive capacity has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between explicit ＆ implicit knowledge sharing and outsourcing performance.
