论开放教育理念在普通高校法学教学中的引入

摘  要:开放教育和普通高等教育都坚持以学生为本的教育理念,二者具有一定的契合性。我国普通高校法学教学所固有的偏重理论知识讲解、教学空间封闭、教育资源有限等弊端,导致法学教育与法律职业长期脱节。且不说法科学生在法学课堂上所获得的知识能否满足未来法律职业的需要,现实的困惑在于,仅依靠封闭的法学课堂,根本无法满足法科学生法律职业准入的知识需求。在短期内难以改变普通高校法学教学模式的境况下,通过开放教育理念的导入,以网络或数字媒体为平台,有针对性地为法科学生提供课外开放性教学套餐,不仅可以丰富教学手段和内容,缓解普通高校法学教学资源的不足,而且还有助于法科学生顺利通过法律职业的准入考试。Both open education and general higher education adhere to the concept of student oriented education, which have some compatibility. The law teaching in colleges and universities in China emphasizes on the theoretical knowledge, the closure of teaching space and the limited educational resources, whichcauses long disconnect between law education and legal profession. Not to mention whether the knowledge acquired by the students in the law classes can meet the needs of the future legal profession, the real dilemma is that relying on the closed law classes cannot meet the knowledge needs of law students' legal career access. Meanwhile, in the short term it is difficult to change the teaching mode of law in colleges and universities. Therefore, it's suggested that introducing the open educational concept, using internet or digital media as the platform, and providing the extra curricular and open teaching packages for law students can not only enrich the teaching methods and content, alleviate the shortage of law teaching resources in colleges and universities, but also help the law students to pass the admission examination of legal profession.
