摘　　要：文中从分析快递行业当前的背景入手,阐述了现代学徒制相关的政策历程。着重分析做好现代学徒制试点工作应该从师资、学生管理、教学监控等几个方面开展,并对现代学徒制试点建设成效进行了详细的分析,以期对高职同类院校快递相关专业现代学徒制试点工作的开展提供经验借鉴。Based on the analysis of the current background of express delivery industry,this paper expounds the policy course of modern apprenticeship system. The emphasis is placed on the analysis and implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,which should be carried out from the aspects of teachers,student management,teaching monitoring and so on,and the effectiveness of the construction of the modern apprenticeship system is analyzed in detail. In order to provide experience for the development of modern apprenticeship system pilot work of courier related major in similar higher vocational colleges.
