高职院校学生顶岗实习问题及对策分析

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,高职院校已经成为了我国教育体系中不可或缺的重要部分。高职院校的主要目标是培养高素质技术型人才,其知识的讲授主要以能用为度,实用为本。为了达到以就业为导向的目标,高职院校学生顶岗实习逐渐成为了关键的教学环节,也成为了培养高素质技能型人才的重要途径。但同时,虽然高职院校顶岗实习不断发展,其依旧存在着诸多问题与不足,需要不断地改进和完善。文中首先介绍了高职院校学生顶岗实习的含义,然后就其现在的实际发展状况指出了高职院校学生顶岗实习的问题和不足,并对相应的解决对策进行了阐述,希望能完善高职院校顶岗实习工作。With the fast development of China＇s economy,higher vocational colleges have become an indispensable part in China＇s education system. The main goal of higher vocational colleges is to train skilled talents,their teaching knowledge is mainly based on utility and practicality. In order to achieve the goal of employment oriented,the Internship in vocational college is the key link which is also an important way to cultivate high-quality and high skilled blue collar talents. However,in the process of the Internship in higher vocational colleges,there are still many problems and shortcomings,in which needs to be improved and perfected constantly. This paper first introduces the meaning of the Internship in higher vocational colleges,and then points out the problems of them in terms of the actual development of the present,and expounds the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to perfecting the Internship in higher vocational colleges.
