摘 要:并联机床的误差是目前制约并联机床在高精度场合应用无法回避的主要因素。并联机床误差控制和补偿的总流程是从减小并联机床的设计误差开始,先控制并联机床的设计和制造误差,再在并联机床的使用中逐项补偿或综合补偿并联机床的误差。逐项补偿并联机床误差的流程是先补偿刀具和铰链坐标的温度误差,再补偿杆长误差,并在并联机床加工工件的刀位数据中逐项、依次间接补偿误差。综合补偿误差的流程是先综合补偿并联机床的误差,再分别模拟加工和试加工,在模拟加工和试加工的刀位数据中补偿误差,直到工件达到加工要求为止。Errors of parallel machine tool are major factors to restrict use of parallel machine tool in high precision which are unable to avoid. Total process of controlling and compensating errors of parallel machine tool began with decreasing the design errors, the design and manufacturing errors were firstly controlled, and then errors of parallel machine tool were compensated term by term or comprehensively in use of parallel machine tool. Process of compensating errors of parallel machine tool term by term was compensating temperature errors of a tool and hinge coordinates firstly, and then length errors of rods were compensated, and the errors were compensated term by term and in proper order in the cuter location dates of work piece. Process of compensating errors comprehensively was compensating errors of parallel machine tool comprehensively firstly, and then simulation processing and test processing were done respectively . Compensating errors has be stopped until the work piece meet the processing requirements.
