摘  要:本文以小麦作为分析对象,建立免疫亲和高效液相色谱分析小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)的检测方法,研究DON在分析对象中的分布变化规律。该方法采用免疫亲和柱净化,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水=10∶10∶80(V/V/V)为流动相,进样量100μL,该方法检出限为25μg/kg。胶体金试纸法检出范围0~4 000μg/kg,对这些样本用液相色谱法和胶体金检测试纸法进行测定,精确度为85.4%~128.2%,平均101.2%。In this paper, wheat was used as the analysis object to establish a method for the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) in wheat by immunoaffinity high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The distribution of DON in the analyzed objects was studied. The method was purified by immunoaffinity column and the mobile phase was methanol∶acetonitrile∶water=10∶10 ∶80 (V/V/V), and the injection volume was 100 μL. The detection limit was 25 μg/kg. Rapid quantitative detection method, deoxynivalenol enol colloidal gold test paper detection range 0 ~ 4000 μg/kg, these samples were determined by liquid chromatography and colloidal gold test paper method, the accuracy range was 85.4 %~128.2%, an average of 101.2%.
