摘  要:我国经济社会发展方式的转变、产业结构的转型升级以及高等教育大众化日渐普及等因素综合导致人们对中等职业教育的发展定位产生了较大争议。有用与无用、就业教育与升学教育之间的争论是中等职业教育定位的主要分歧。但从经济与劳动力结构、教育公平、个体智能类型以及个体对教育产品需求多样化的角度而言,中等职业教育有其存在的价值,需要对其进行重新定位。因此,我国中等职业教育需要从社会层面、教育层面和人才培养层面分别确立其基础地位、主体地位和多功能属性。The transformation of China's economic and social development mode, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and the increasing popularity of higher education, have led to a great controversy over the development of secondary vocational education. The debate between useful and useless, employment education and further education is the main difference in the orientation of secondary vocational education. However, secondary vocational education has its value in terms of economic and labor structure, educational equity, individual intelligence types, and individual diversification of educational product demand, but it needs to be repositioned. Therefore, China's secondary vocational education needs to establish its basic status, main status and multi-functional attributes from the social level, education level and talent training level. Only when its development orientation is defined can its transformation direction be established.
