摘　　要：教师资格证是教育行业从业教师的许可证,对于我国教师队伍建设乃至教育发展具有重要意义。面试是中学教师资格证考试中的重要环节,重在考查考生的教师素养和教学能力。面试的成功与否直接关系到资格证能否获得。对中学教师资格证面试的考核目标、考核内容、考核形式及考场中容易失误的问题作梳理与解读,帮助考生提高考试能力,提升面试水平,是指导考生准备面试的重要环节。Teacher qualification certification is the license of being teachers in the education field, which has the great significance in educational development. Interview, as one of the most important parts of the test of teacher qualification, mainly focuses on the interviewee’s teaching quality and ability, which is strongly related to the success of the test. The present study analyzed and interpreted the aims, contents, patterns and easy-to-make mistakes so that interviewees’ ability of testing could be improved.
