摘　　要：社会的发展必然对应用型技能人才产生需求,中国高铁在"走出去"战略的带动下取得了很大的成功。高铁供电技术对高铁的发展起到了很重要的作用,作为高铁供电专业的学生必须提高创新意识。然而,职业院校高铁供电专业学生创新意识培养的方面存在着一些问题。只有对这些问题进行充分的认识和分析,才能有针对性的提出改进措施,以培养职业院校高铁供电专业学生的创新意识。With the development of society, there isa demand for application-oriented talents, and China＇s high-speed railway hasachieved great success with the ＂going global＂ strategy. The technology of high-speed railway power supply plays an important role in thedevelopment of high-speed railway. As a student of high-speed railway power supply, the students must improve their innovative con-sciousness. However, there are some problems in the cultivation of students＇ innovative consciousness in vocational colleges. By sufficientunderstanding and analysis for these problems ,and specific measures can be put forward to cultivate the innovative consciousness of stu-dents.
