摘  要:薏苡中油脂主要存在于薏苡仁与薏苡皮中,而薏苡皮的粗脂肪含量约为23%。从经济价值角度出发,以压榨过的薏苡皮为原料,经单因素试验与正交试验,确定了最适的浸提剂正己烷、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间8 h、料液比1︰7 (g/mL),得油率为14.12%。通过GC-MS对所提油脂进行成分分析,发现其主要成分为油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,其含量约为95.64%,且其中还含有较多的黄酮类物质,其营养价值值得进一步研究。The oil mainly existed in coix seed and coix peel, and the content of the crude fat is about 23% in coix seed skin. From an economic point of view, we use the residue of coix seed skin which has been squeezed as the raw material, and use single factor and orthogonal design experiment to confirm the most appropriate method. In the extraction agent of n-hexane, extraction temperature of 80 ℃, extraction time of 8 h, and solid-liquid rate of 1︰7(g/mL), oil yield is 14.12%. Then, analyze the oil by using GC-MS. It found that it mainly contains about 95.64% unsaturated fatty acids, like oleic acid, linoleic acid and so on, and it also contains many flavonoids which is worth researching.
