摘　　要：在学制体系不断完善的过程中,天津从近代职业教育出现,到解放初期半工半读教育,再到改革开放以来高等职业教育发展,直至新世纪应用技术本科教育的出现,始终坚持职业教育为产业发展服务、为劳动者职业发展服务的理念。现今,天津正在积极探索构建现代职业教育体系立交桥,努力打造和不断完善"天津特色",为职业教育发展提供区域借鉴。In the process of constant improvement of schooling system, from the emerging of modern vocational education, to the working-studying education during initial post-liberation period, to the development of higher vocational education since the reform and opening up, until the emergence of technology-applied undergraduate education in the new century, Tianjin always adheres to the concept of vocational education serving industry development and professional development of laborer. Nowadays, Tianjin is actively exploring the construction of a modern vocational education system overpass, striving to build and constantly improve＂Tianjin’s Characteristics＂, and providing regional reference for the development of career education.
