摘  要:党的十八大以来,川东革命老区的达州、广安、巴中三市按照中央和省委"发展教育脱贫一批"的统一部署和工作要求,扎实推进教育精准扶贫,取得了较显著的阶段性成效。但在实践中,也还面临着实施推动重"政府主体"轻"社会参与"、方法举措重"外部推动"轻"内生驱动"、考核评价重"目标达成"轻"绩效管理"的"三重三轻"现象。新形势下,纵深推进川东革命老区教育精准扶贫,应进一步支持农村学前教育的发展,进一步加强乡村教师队伍的建设,进一步扶持家庭困难学生的就业创业,进一步注重新型职业农民的培养培训。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the precise supporting poverty has achieved an obviously good effect in the phase because Eastern Sichuan Old Revolutionary Region including Dazhou, Guang'an and Bazhong have completely executed the arrangement and requirement of "Developing Education for a Crowd's Shaking off Poverty" and pushed forward the policy of the precise supporting poverty in education. In practice, the phenomina of "three emphases and three ignorances" is common, that is, the emphasis on "subject of government" and ignorance on "society involving", emphases on "pushing from the outer" and ignorance on "driven by the inner", and emphases on "the goal to achieve" and ignorance on "the management of process". In the new situation, we should take stronger measures to complete the precise supporting poverty, including further supporting the pre school education, further strengthening the development of teachers team in villages, further helping poor students to be employed and to make entrepreneurs and further paying attention to the training of new -model professional peasants.
