摘 要:老年教育供给是应对人口老龄化的重要举措。基于温州推进老年教育供给侧改革的创新举措,结合当地老年教育发展供给矛盾突出、供给结构失衡、供给内涵羸弱、资源整合力度不够、基层学校活力不足等现实问题,提出老年教育发展应着力于优化老年教育供给,完善保障机制,优化供给环境;发展多元主体,扩大供给总量;加强内涵建设,提升供给质量;创新供给方式,激发教育活力。Elderly education is one of the very important measures which cope with the aging problem. Based on the innovative measures to promote the elderly education in Wenzhou, we found the local elderly education development exist problems such as outstanding supply contradiction, unbalance supply structure, weak supply connotation, insufficient resources integration and lack of vitality in Primary school. In order to optimizing the supply of elderly education, we should improve the guarantee mechanism and optimize the supply environment, Developing multiple subjects and expanding the total supply, strengthenthe construction of connotation and improve the quality of supply, innovating the way of supply to stimulate the vitality of education.
