摘 要:教育局长领导力是教育局长在特定的领导体制规范下,通过采取科学有效的措施,引领被领导者及其他利益相关者持续实现教育组织目标的影响力。在区域教育改革实践中,由于受区域教育改革复杂性及教育局长自身因素的影响,教育局长领导力并没有完全体现出应有的价值。需要采取推进教育行政职能的深度改革,关注制度设计与建构伦理品性,强调教育行政事业专业化发展,重视教育局长综合素质的提升等积极有效的策略,以实现对教育局长领导力实践困境的超越。The leadership of the directors of education bureaus is their influenc to guide the people being led and other stakeholders to achieve the goals of educational organization through taking scientific and effective measures under the specific leadership system.In the practice of district education-reform,due to the complexity of regional education reform and the influence of the directors'own factors,their leadership has not fully reflected the due value.It is necessary to adopt some effective strategies,such as pushing forward the profound reform of the educational administrative function,paying attention to the system design as well as constructing the ethical character,emphasizing the professional development of the educational administration,and attaching importance to the promotion of the comprehensive quality of educational secretary,so as to surpass the practical predicament of leadership of the directors.
