摘 要:明清时期伦理思潮的社会历史性质,向为学界所关注,至今歧见犹存。是早期启蒙性质还是"理学余绪或完善",尤为争论的焦点。这一争论关涉到认清中华传统文化自身的创造活力和文化自信观念确立的问题。因而对所谓"理学余绪或完善"论所持基本论据、历史观基础和应有的历史启示作出分析和澄清,无疑有利于加深对包括伦理思想在内的中华传统文化的认识,为继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化提供历史的资源和现实的依托。The issue of social and historical nature of the ethical thoughts in the Ming and Qing dynasties has been attracting the attention of the academic circle, and controversies still exist. The focus of the controversy is on whether the thoughts were of early enlightening nature or were "the continuation or improvement of neo-Confucianism". This debate involves the recognition of the creativity and confidence of Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, analyzing and clarifying the basis arguments, historical grounds, and historical enlightenments of the view regarding those thoughts as "the continuation or improvement of neo-Confucianism" will undoubtedly help to deepen our understanding of the Chinese traditional culture, and provide historical resources and practical support for inheriting and carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional culture.
