摘  要:本文从本科教学评估发展的时代背景、政策法规、评估规模、指导思想、理念、指标体系、存在的问题、成效等方面出发,系统梳理了中国本科教学评估的发展脉络,将改革开放40年来中国本科教学评估的发展过程分为准备、探索试点、水平评估、合格评估和审核评估等五个发展阶段。40年来,本科教学评估在评估规模、评估理念、评估重点、国际影响力、第三方评估机构培育、高校质量保障主体意识与质量提升、评估研究等方面取得了一系列成就。同时,在评估内涵拓展、指引作用发挥、信息技术和大数据分析、评估结果应用、管办评分离、利益相关者参与、分类指导等方面还存在不足和进一步改进空间。Since the implementation of the reform and openingup policy, undergraduate teaching evaluation in China has experienced forty years of development from preparation, exploring and pilot, level evaluation, qualified evaluation to audit evaluation. Historical background, policies and regulation, scale, guiding ideology, index system, problem and achievement in the five development stage were introduced and analyzed respectively. Though, over the past 40 years, undergraduate teaching evaluation has made a series of achievements in terms of evaluation scale, evaluation concept, evaluation focus, international influence, cultivation of thirdparty evaluation institutions, awareness and improvement of quality assurance subjects in universities and colleges, and evaluation research, there are still some deficiencies and room for further improvement in the aspects of evaluation connotation expansion, guiding role, information technology and big data analysis, application of evaluation results, separation of management and evaluation, stakeholder participation and classification guidance.
