摘　　要：食品安全与食品产业严重污染环境是当前制约中国食品产业发展的两大难题,通过组建绿色生产链开展合作治污与营销行动是食品企业生存发展的必由之路。文章首先对食品绿色生产链模式进行创新,创构了一条由一个食品加工厂和两个养殖场及一个农场组成的绿色生产链,并对生产链合作治污费用与营销活动进行双优化。然后建立了两套决策与博弈的优化经济模型,利用多种数学工具给出了模型的解法,并对模型中的重要参数进行了敏感性分析。最后给出了一个仿真的例子。A green production chain that is made up of a food processing plant, two livestock plants and a farm was built. Both the expense of cooperative waste treatment and marketing activities of the production chain were optimized. Furthermore, two decision and game optimized economic models were established and the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the two models were proved by using a variety of math tools. Finally, a simulation example is given.
