基于高职院校创业园的大学生创新创业教育工作探析

摘　　要：高职院校创业园在创新创业教育中的定位是十分重要的,创业园是大学生创新创业教育的鲜活范本,是大学生创业的实践基地,也是大学生创业项目实现的基础。然而目前,由于高职院校创新创业教育工作起步晚,有着一定的局限性,所以在创业园建设方面存在着一定的不足,比如,目标模糊、资金匮乏、管理混乱。因此,高职院校要明确大学生创业园的地位,成立专门部门作为政策支持、提高创业园的理论素养、优化课程体系,构建教师队伍。It is very important for higher vocational college gem to position itself in innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation. Gem is a living model of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, a practice base forcollege students＇ entrepreneurship and a foundation for the realization of college students＇ entrepreneurship projects.At present, however, due to the late start of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges, educationhas certain limitations, so there are certain def iciencies in the construction of gem, such as vague goals, lack of fundsand chaotic management. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should clarify the status of college students＇ gem, setup a special department as policy support, improve the theoretical quality of gem, optimize the curriculum system,and build a team of teachers.
