摘  要:选取甘南藏族自治州拉卜楞地区为田野点,以教育人类学的分析视角对其学校教育的文化选择及其实践进行分析。研究表明,文化选择是民族教育文化变迁的重要机制,文化认同是民族教育文化选择的前提及目的,文化共生则是新时代民族教育文化发展的必然走向。具体而言,在民族教育的变迁过程中,要重视文化选择在国家认同和族群认同中的重要作用;在文化选择的执行过程中,需注重从文化适应到文化超越的主动转变;在学校教育文化选择的方向上,应体现出尊重本土文化与国家认同、民族认同的相互结合;在学校教育文化选择的策略上,应重视国家和民族文化在社区与学校中的结构性体现,进而有效促进民族文化的传承创新与中华民族共同体意识的培育。This paper made an investigation in the Labrang,in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and analyzed the cultural choice and practice of school education from the perspective of educational anthropology.The results show that cultural choice is an important mechanism for the cultural changes of ethnic education,cultural identity is the premise and purpose for the cultural choice of ethnic education,and cultural symbiosis is the inevitable trend for the culture development of ethnic education in the new era.Specifically,in the process of change of ethnic education,we should pay attention to the important role of cultural choice in national identity and ethnic identity.In the implementation of cultural choices,we should pay attention to the active change from cultural adaptation to cultural transcendence.In the direction of cultural choice of school education,we should respect the integration of local culture with national and ethnic identity.On the strategy of cultural choice of school education,we should strengthen the structural embodiment of national cultural symbols in the communities and schools,in order to effectively promote the inheritance and innovation of national culture and the cultivation of the sense of the Chinese nation community.
