摘  要:本文以慕课与传统课堂有机结合的必然性作为大背景,借鉴质量功能展开(QFD)模型,尝试找到将慕课融人商务英语专业教学的有效模式。本文从学生目前现状出发,以学生需求和用人单位需求为导向,通过问卷调查了解学生对传统教育满意度、重要性以及期望值的评估,通过招聘信息获取人才市场的需求,从而构建简易质量屋。研究发现,教学现状和学生的期许、学生的能力及用人单位的要求存在一定差距,现状和需求差距较大。根据教学质量和学生培养质量设计矩阵,本文在教学内容、教学形式、评价方式、资源分配4个方面提出解决方案,并建立商务英语专业QFD教学模型。利用慕课完善教学方式从而满足学生和人才市场的需求。It is necessary and of significant importance to combine MOOC and traditional class teaching in cultivating students. In this paper, we try to explore the effective integration of MOOC and Business English teaching by utilizing the QFD model. From the perspective of the needs of students and employers, we carried out questionnaires on the necessity and feasibility of reforming the Business English courses, and gathered the needs of employing units by collecting the recruitment information, and then construc- ted the quality room based on the data collected. The quality room manifests the gap between the teaching status and students' ex- pectation, and that between students' ability and employing units' requirements. In terms of teaching quality matrix and students cultivating quality matrix, we propose resolutions from teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and teaching re- sources distribution, and establish the Business English Teaching QFD model to meet the needs of students and employing units by improving teaching methods with MOOC.
