新思想下高职班主任班级管理策略研究

摘　　要：办好高职教育,必须牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点。在新思想的指导下,高职班主任应深入理解全面提高人才培养能力的内涵,针对高职学生现在存在的学习态度不端正、学习氛围不浓厚、职业素养参差不齐的现象,从分类学生需求培养学习兴趣、设置班级固定自习教室和自习制度加强课外学风建设、组建业余兴趣爱好队提升素质培养、给予人文关怀与心理疏导提升自我认同这四个方面进行班级管理策略研究,履行班主任管理职责,从而落实全面提高人才培养能力。Under the guidance of the new idea,the class teacher of higher vocational colleges should deeplyunderstand the connotation of comprehensively improving the ability of talent cultivation.In view of the existingproblems of students in higher vocational colleges,such as poor learning attitude,weak learning atmosphere and unevenprofessional quality,the class teacher should conduct a comprehensive study on the four strategies of cultivating students＇interests by classifying their needs,setting up fixed self-study classrooms and self-study systems,strengthening theextracurricular learning styles,forming interest teams,and improving their quality training,and performing theirself-management responsibilities.
