摘 要:目的:评价基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法:选择温州医科大学2015级、2016级本科整合课程教改班学生作为研究对象,在神经系统疾病教学中通过课前、课堂及课后教学三个完整环节实施基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式,通过问卷调查及考核成绩评价教学效果。结果:在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中实施基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式得到大多数学生的认可,学生成绩更佳。授课教师对教改班的学生评价及对自我的教学效果满意度更高。结论:基于CBL的翻转课堂教学模式在神经系统疾病整合课程教学中应用效果良好,可以尝试在本科大班制神经系统疾病教学中推广应用。Objective:to evaluate the effect of flipping classroom teaching model based on CBL in integrated courseteaching of nervous system diseases.Methods:the students of the integrated undergraduate course teaching reform class ofGrade 2015 of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.The flipping classroom teachingmodel based on CBL was implemented in the teaching of nervous system diseases before,in class and after class.Theteaching effect is evaluated by questionnaire and examination.Results:the flipping classroom teaching model based onCBL was accepted by most of the students in the integrated course of nervous system diseases,and the students' resultswere better.Grant teachers are more satisfied with the students' evaluation and self-teaching effect.Conclusion:theflipping classroom teaching model based on CBL hasa good effect in the teaching of the integrated course of nervoussystem diseases,and can be popularized and applied in the teaching of nervous system diseases in the class system of theUniversity of Science and Technology.
