摘　　要：当今传染病疾病谱发生深刻变化,以新发传染病和感染性疾病为主。我们在传染病学教学中采用CBL教学法,通过传染科发热待查等案例的学习,提高了医学生对感染性疾病临床思维和解决问题的能力,激发了学习的主动性和参与性。The current spectrum of infectious diseases has changed profoundly,with emerging infectious diseases andinfectious diseases as the mainstay.We use the CBL teaching method in the teaching of infectious diseases.Through thelearning of cases,improve medical students＇ ability to think and solve problems and stimulate learning initiative andparticipation.
