摘　　要：进修学习是临床医师工作后继续医学教育的重要组成部分。文章总结了本科室有效带教眼科进修医师的方案,包括:规范的入科宣教、亚专业轮转制度、因材施教、加强理论与实践培训、培养科研思维、人文关怀与素质培养,以期推广并更好地提高各地进修带教的效果。Refresher course is an important part of continuing medical education for clinicians.This articlesummarized the effective teaching program of ophthalmological refresher doctors,including standardized inboundeducation,sub-professional rotation system,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,strengthening theoreticaland practical training,training scientific research thinking,humanistic care and quality training.In order to promote andbetter improve the effectiveness of advanced study teaching.
