摘　　要：工作室管理是当前高等院校设计类专业一种新的发展模式,其以工作室为载体,实际项目为依托,将教学、科研、学科竞赛以及学生的自主选题融合在一起,为大学生创造了一个实习平台,锻炼学生商业项目制作能力,项目创新意识,团队合作精神以及专业综合素养。本文旨在对工作室模式在天津工业大学动画系中的建设与运营情况进行思考与总结,并分析其运营模式和实践成果。Studio management is the current institutions of higher learning professional design class a newdevelopment mode,the studio as the carrier,based on actual project,the teaching and scientific research,course contests,and students＇ autonomous choice together,created a practice platform for college students,exercise students＇ ability tocommercial project,project innovation consciousness,team work spirit and the professional comprehensive qualities.Thispaper aims at thinking and summarizing the construction and operation of the studio model in the animation departmentof Tianjin university of technology and analyzing its operation mode and practical results.
