摘　　要：分子生物学是生物学科的前沿学科,与其他生物学科内容交叉渗透,共同推进21世纪生命科学的发展,在培养生物科技新型人才方面起着关键性作用。该文分析了当前分子生物学课程在本科教学阶段存在的问题,提出了相对应的教学改革方案,从培养学生的学习兴趣、更新教学模式、采取新型教学手段以及联系实验教学等4个方面进行改革,旨在对分子生物学科的教学提供有价值的参考。Molecular biology is a frontier discipline in the biology department. It cross-infiltrates with other biological subjects to promote the development of life sciences in the 21st century. At the same time,it plays a key role in cultivating new talents in biotechnology. This paper proposes a teaching reform plan for the current problems of molecular biology courses in the undergraduate teaching stage. It is elaborated from four aspects：cultivating interest,updating teaching mode,adopting new teaching methods and connecting experimental teaching. It aims to provide a valuable reference for the teaching of molecular biology.
