摘  要:目前我国中等职业院校大力推行现代学徒制,对中职教师能力提出更高的要求。基于现代学徒制背景下四川省中职专任教师专业能力的SWOT分析,提出其发展存在的优势、劣势、机会与威胁分析,并依此提出适合四川省中职专任教师专业能力的四大提升路径,以更好地将现代学徒制与教师专业能力提升做优势融合,推动四川省的中职师资队伍的提升,从而更好地推动现代学徒制在四川的发展。At present,secondary vocational schools in China vigorously implement the modern apprenticeship,and put forward higher requirements for the ability of secondary vocational school teachers. Based on the background of modern apprenticeship and the SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of professional ability of full-time teachers of secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province,and then puts forward four suited ways in order to better integrate the modern apprenticeship with the professional ability promotion of teachers,promote the teaching staff of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province,so as to promote the development of the modern apprenticeship in the Sichuan region.
