摘　　要：创新发展具有保定地域特色的文化,必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,在不断增强文化自信的基础上,明确新时代保定文化创新指导思想定位、找准着力点、健全体制机制,积极探索文化创新路径,培育保定市文化创新模式。It is imperative to take Xi Jinping＇ s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as our guidance To innovate and develop the culture with the regional characteristics of Baoding, efforts shall be made to constantly enhance cultural self-confidence, clarify the orientation of Baoding＇ s cultural innovation guiding ideology in the new era, perfect the system construction, perfect the system and mechanism, thereby actively explore the path of cultural innovation and foster a new mode of cultural innovation in Baoding.
