摘 要:当前在社会就业领域中,情商是每个学生都应该具备的个人技能,学生必须要拥有良好的外部协调能力和自我协调能力,且个人生活习惯、工作习惯良好,这样才能在各自的工作岗位中以正面印象参与工作。本文针对大学生综合素质而言,将具体的培养方式分为两个要点,即情商教育与养成教育,将两者加以融合化处理进行研究。望文中内容能够为高校思想类教师提供一些教育融合方面的参考素材。At present, in the field of social employnlent, emotional intelligence is a personal skill that every student should pos- sess. Students must have good external coordination, self - coordination skills, and also have good personal and work habits, so that they can participate in work with positive impressions in their respective jobs. In view of the comprehensive quality of college students, this paper divides the specific training methods into two main points, namely, EQ education and cultivating edu- cation, and combines the two to study. It is hoped that it can provide some reference materials for educational integration for college teachers.
