摘　　要：本课题是基于高职院校的电子信息类专业卓越人才培养进行的探索与实践,在电子信息类专业培养基础上进行高职层面的精英人才培养实践,以江苏信息职业技术学院电子信息专业社团、专业工作室为组织形式,建立完善的培养、考核、激励制度,分阶段、分层次进行培养训练,通过近6年的培养实施,取得良好的效果,实现了培养目标。This research is based on the exploration and practice of extraordinary talents cultivation in vocational education for students majoring in electronic information. Students from Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology were organized as student organizations and studios to be given extra training and education. We have established a complete management system of training, assessment and encouragement for this project. Different training plans are carried out according to individuals and different training programs at different stages. We have achieved the training objectives of the project through nearly 6 years of training and implementation.
