摘  要:基因工程技术在生物制药行业中获得广泛应用,技术日渐成熟,产业链已然形成,对从业人员的学历层次要求逐步降低,尤其是生物制药企业及生物技术服务公司对专科层次毕业生的需求增大。本文以高职高专生物制药专业为例,探讨在高职高专院校强化基因工程教育的必要性,并通过基因工程普及化、流程化、可视化、可持续化、职业化的课程教学理念,探讨如何在有限的学时内提升基因工程的教学质量,提高课程对目标岗位的适应性,并使学生具有可持续发展的能力。Genetic engineering technology has been widely used in the biopharmaceutical industry. The technology had been well established and the industrial chain had been formed, so the requirements for ac- ademic qualifications of practitioners had been gradually reduced. Demand for junior college graduates had increased especially for biopharmaceutical companies and biotechnology service companies. In this paper, taking the major of bio-pharmacology of higher vocational colleges as an example, we have analyzed the ne- cessity of strengthening genetic engineering education in higher vocational colleges. And we have discussed how to improve the teaching quality of genetic engineering through making the course popular, stylized, vi- sualized, sustainable and professional, which might improve the adaptability of course to the requirements of industry, and make students having the ability of sustainable development.
