摘 要:[目的]了解云南省全科医生转岗培训远程学习人员学习情况及学习需求,为进一步完善远程教育体系提供参考依据。[方法]采取分层随机整群抽样法选取2015年云南省6个州市的学员为对象,调查内容包括:学员基本情况、学习状况、学习需求等。[结果] 54. 17%的学员每天参加远程学习;不同州(市)、性别、年龄、工作单位、工作岗位的学员每天学习课时数存在差异;学员反馈问题为:没有教师实时指导、缺乏师生交流等;对远程学习知识的需求包括:临床知识、临床技能、全科医学理论等。[结论]学员远程学习参与度不高,规范性不强,建议加强管理,进一步完善远程教育网络培训平台,加强网络学习监管,优化培训知识体系。Objective To understand the learning situation and demand of distance training on job-transfer for general practitioners in Yunnan province so as to provide reference for further improvement of distance learning education system. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select students from 6 cities in in 20 Yunnan Province. The survey includes students basic information,learning status,learning needs and so on. Results 54.17% of the students took part in distance learning every day. There was difference in the number of study hours per day among students from different states,cities,genders,ages,work units and jobs. Students feedback problems were that there was no real-time guidance from teachers,no communication between teachers and students,etc. The demand of distance learning knowledge included clinical knowledge,clinical skills,general medical theory,etc. Conclusions Students participation in distance learning is not high and the standardization is not strong. It is suggested to strengthen management,further improve the remote education network training platform,strengthen the supervision of network learning,and optimize the training knowledge system.
