摘　　要：新零售视角下,高职电子商务专业建设必须满足当前零售业发展对人才的要求。应将新零售中的典型工作任务还原为职业核心能力,进行项目化设计,形成动态能力集,并形成基于动态能力集的学业+职业+创业的课程体系和校企共建的电子商务专业建设路径,不断完善动态能力集,培养符合新零售业态所需的电商人才。The construction of electronic commerce major in higher vocational colleges must meet the new demand for talents in the new retail development. It should be restored typical work tasks in new retail to professional core competence, designed the project, formed the dynamic ability set, reconstructed the curriculum system of academic course ＋ vocational course ＋ entrepreneurship course and the construction of e commerce professional path between school and enterprise, and constantly improving the dynamic ability set, training e commerce professionals who are in line with the new retail format.
