摘　　要：高校垃圾分类的试点与实践可以作为全社会垃圾分类工作推进的突破口。根据大学生的心理特点,以精神激励为主的激励机制可以有效提高高校垃圾分类率。基于激励理论,结合高校垃圾的特点,设计开发高校垃圾分类管理信息系统。该系统可以根据使用者身份的不同,把使用者划分为用户、管理员及游客三类。该系统具有校园垃圾分类积分管理、物品兑换等功能,可以提高高校垃圾分类率,具有较高的社会效益和应用价值。The experiment and practice of garbage classification in Colleges and universities can be used as a breakthrough of garbage classification in the whole society. According to the psychological characteristics of college students, the incentive mechanisms mainly based on spiritual motivation can improve garbage classification in colleges effectively. According to the different users, the system is divided into three functional modules： the user module, the administrator module and the anonymous browsing module. The classification rate of garbage is improved through the functions of classified points management of campus garbage and exchange of goods. It will have good economic and social benefits to make the garbage classification management information system in colleges based on Motivation Theory and characteristics of garbage in colleges and universities.
