摘 要:通过用氢氧化钠对玉米秸秆进行预处理,发酵生产燃料酒精。实验设计单因素和正交实验,采用超声波对玉米秸秆的葡萄糖进行辅助提取。通过单因素实验,确定了提取时间、料液比、颗粒度和氢氧化钠浓度四因素对葡萄糖浓度的影响。正交实验设计中,最优的组合条件为料液比1∶40,氢氧化钠浓度2%,颗粒度80目,时间20 min,此时葡萄糖含量平均值为0. 607 mg/mL,酒精浓度最高值为5. 23 mg/mL。The corn straw was pretreated with sodium hydroxide and the fuel ethanol was fermented. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to extract glucose from corn straw by ultrasonic wave. The effects of extraction time,the ratio of material to liquid,the particle size and the concentration of sodium hydroxide on glucose concentration were determined by single factor experiment. In the orthogonal test design,the optimal combination conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶40,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 2%,the particle size was 80 mesh,the time was 20 min. The average glucose content was 0. 607 mg/mL,and the maximum alcohol concentration was5. 23 mg/mL.
