摘  要:藏医药除其完整而科学的理论和实践体系外,其多样的人才培养方式,是其得以薪火相传,迄今仍具有强大生命力的重要原因,藏医药的传承发展历经了口传心授、师徒传承、院校教育的人才培养模式。本文探索构建合理的现代高校规模培养与传统师承教育优势互补的培养模式,有助于培养符合社会和行业发展需求的藏医人才,彰显藏医人才培养的优势特色。In addition to its complete and scientific theory and practice system,Tibetan medicine has a variety of personnel training methods,which is an important reason why it has been passed on from generation to generation and still has strong vitality. The inheritance and development of Tibetan medicine has gone through the talent training mode of oral transmission,apprentice inheritance and education in colleges and universities. This paper explores the construction of a reasonable training mode of the scale of modern universities and traditional teachers complementary advantages of education,which is conducive to the cultivation of Tibetan medical talents in line with the needs of social and industrial development,highlighting the advantages and characteristics of Tibetan medical personnel training.
