摘 要:在考虑了温度对蓄能器及液压油的影响条件下,兼顾油液的可压缩性、管路压缩性及阻力因素的影响,建立了油气悬架非线性数学模型。在试验台架上对油气悬架进行了不同温度条件下的动态性能测试和分析,仿真分析结果和试验测试结果是一致的,证明了数学模型的正确性。通过分析得到了油气悬挂性能随温度变化的规律。结果也表明:随着温度的升高,油液粘度减小,油气悬架的静刚度和动刚度都增大,系统阻尼力降低;温度对复原过程中位移、速度特性影响较小,但对拉伸和压缩行程中的特性影响较大;在一定的载荷作用下,悬挂油缸随着温度的升高而伸长,载荷越低伸长量越显著。In considering the effect of temperature on accumulators and hydraulic oil condition, taking into account the influence of fluid compressibility, piping compressibility and resistance factors, we established the Nonlinear mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension. On the test bench for Hydro-pneumatic suspension under different temperature conditions of dynamic performance testing and analysis, simulation and test results are consistent and it proved the correctness of the mathematical model. The Hydro-pneumatic suspension performance with temperature change law was got through analysis. Result also showed that: with the increase of temperature, oil viscosity is reduced, static rigidity and stiffness of the suspension are increased, and damping force is reduced; Influence of temperature on the recovery process of displacement, velocity characteristics is small, but influence on the characteristics of tensile and compression stroke is great; Under certain loads, and suspension cylinder will stretch with the temperature increasing, the lower the load was,the more significant elongation was.
