摘  要:文化认同是高职协同育人的基础,是当前产教融合进入更深层次的内在动力。由于对餐饮行业文化的认识与把握不够、餐饮类专业文化培育不够等问题,高职餐饮类专业产教协同育人出现文化认同困境。本文以湘菜学院为例,基于文化认同对产教协同育人进行了探索。主要通过形成文化认同夯实协同基础、机制创新、专业集群、资源共享、精准定位、创新人才培养模式等方式,提升育人实效,实现协同育人目标。Cultural identification is the basis for the collaborative education of higher vocational education, and it is the intrinsic mo- tivation for the integration of production-education into a deeper level. Due to insufficient cognizing and understanding of the cater- ing industry culture, insufficient cultivation of the catering professional culture and other issues, the dilemma of cultural identity oc- curs in the collaborative education of catering specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes college of Hunan cuisine as an example to explore the production-education synergy of higher vocational education based on cultural identification. The purpose of this paper is to improve the effectiveness of education and realize the goal of collaborative education through the formation of cul- tural identity to consolidate the basis of collaboration, mechanism innovation, professional cluster, resources sharing, precise posi- tioning and innovative talents training mode.
