摘  要:湖南生物机电职业技术学院园林专业,开展职业导师制的实践结果表明:导师制有利于增强学生学习兴趣,提高学生专业水平和业务能力,提升就业率与就业对口率,导师教书育人的责任心显著增强,综合业务能力水平显著提高。针对导师制实施过程中存在的不足提出了相应的建议措施,以期为高职院校开展导师制研究提供参考。The gardening specialty in Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic canes out the practice of career tutorial system, and the results show that the tutorial system is helpful to enhance students" learning interest, improve their professional level and ability, and promote the employment rate and counterpart employment rate. The tutors' teaching responsibility is significantly enhanced and their level of comprehensive professional ability is improved dramatically. Meanwhile, corresponding suggestions axe put forward in view of the shortcomings existing in the implementing of tutorial system, so as to provide reference for higher voca- tional colleges to carry out the tutorial system research.
